Terms of use

The service

Skydust is a service run by IADL. In it, Sky — an AI CEO — builds and runs a business for you: a site, a product, marketing, sales and money. The service is still in limited access and is currently free. Before any charge begins you will be told in advance and can choose whether to continue.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and sign in with a verified email address.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.

What Sky does, and what he doesn't

• Sky acts on his own, within the budget you set, and tells you what he did.
• He stops to ask only where it takes a person: an identity check, a signature, an account in your name, or spending beyond the limit you set.
• He never bypasses CAPTCHAs or security, never creates fake identities or accounts, never spams, and never invents numbers, reviews or testimonials.
• You can stop him at any moment: the pause always works.

Sky is an AI and can be wrong. He doesn't guarantee revenue or results. Before significant legal, tax or financial decisions, consult a professional.

Your business

Your business, its content and its data are yours. We use them only to run the service for you.

Money

Skydust doesn't hold or spend your business's money. Customers pay through payment providers connected to accounts in your name, and revenue counts only as the provider reports it.

What you may not do

Don't use Skydust for anything unlawful, deceptive or impersonating, to infringe others' rights, or to send unsolicited mail.

Pausing and ending

You can pause Sky and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits arising from its use.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Israeli law. If they change, we will update them here and announce any material change.
